I searched around and havent seen this fault before posted.
We have SRT3000RMXLA that starts with this error after we relocated it from 1 floor to the next.
Tried cold starting it and got the same error. Also did the the Logic reset, still same error.
One guy thinks its the battery and we should buy another RBC for it, but its just a year old.
I tried getting into the netcard and the netcard shows "no ups present"

If you have performed the Braindead on the UPS and this hasn't resolved the issue, I would advise contacting your local Customer Care team on 800-800-4272.
