Hi
Two Galaxy PW 1000 were installed in our plant. I want to Know:
The Galaxy Pw 1000 is Obsolete or no.
And I want to check the configuration of these two UPS, How can I do that ( which Software is used)

Hello,
I contacted our UAE support team who told me that they still deal with these UPSs and generally a service contract is required for parts or service. It is best to contact your local support team for this since the user can't do much on their own besides confirm that all of the display LEDs show green.

My support contact overseas told me that only an APC or MGE Field Service Engineer can connect to this UPS with a piece of software they have on hand.
