Galaxy 5000 80 kVA // Redundant

Hello

I have a problem with Galaxy 5000 80kVA // Redundant which has 4 year working

On the screen shows as follow:

SELF-TEST

Phase: Instalation initalization

External communicaction error

Inconsistent UPS personalizatin

Check it

Error code: 7-5-18

Can anybody help me which has some experience or make some suggestions about that what is wrong with this unit?

i have same problem but with littel diferents.

Error code:  7-5-17.

I think your Comuniccation cables DB9 are damaged or unplaged, from any ups.

check them all all 2 loops and serial cables in each ups. Or have remove jumpers to sel ct master slave ups.
