Hi,
I have a faulty Galaxy 5000 40kva UPS with a blown-up charger and inverter fuse -1pc faulty.
There is an inverter fault in the Logs and reports extracted from the Unit.
I would like to confirm the status of PFC board and my problem starts when i switch on the Normal AC input Q1 switch. The unit commands at the display freeze and communication with the soft tuner is lost. There is a continuous beep and there no much progress at this point. Could the issue be caused by faults in the MIZN,GDEN or CHAN boards? kindly assist for further Diagnosis.

If nobody else is able to help here, I'd urge you to contact your local support. We (=SE= tech support) are not equipped here to support this unit without a large delay in response so for quick assistance, local support is your best option.
