B1, B2, and C are installation methods (cable types etc) defined by the IEC. The specifics can be found in IEC section 60364-5-52. Unfortunately I am not able to provide you with the actual IEC document.

I am 99% sure that the "mm 'squared'" notation refers to the cross sectional area of the conductors connecting the ups to the electrical distribution...( which in turn refers to wire gauge). Below that header are the values are shown for either single or double lugged interconnects to the main / bypass / etc inputs and outputs on the UPS.
