I have purchased a number of Smart-UPS SRT 3000 (Model: SRT3000RMXLI) in recent years (from 2019-2023).

Recently, the UPS purchased in 2019 has started to notify me to replace the battery while the battery status is healthy.

I want to set the Battery Health Alarm Warning Time to -1 to disable the notification warning but I cannot set in both LCD Console and Web. However, I can set the warning time for the UPS purchased in 2023.

After comparing the UPS in 2019 and 2023, I found that the old UPS is using firmware 5.3 (ID1010) and the new UPS is using firmware 8.2 (ID1025).

It seems that firmware 8.2(ID1025) has solved this issue. But I cannot find the firmware from the APC supporting page.

Where can I get this firmware?
