EASY UPS 3S 40 Kva failed

My EASY UPS 3S 40Kva stopped working and its shows this message :

01 REC SOFT START UNAVAILABLE.

Please any recommendations ?

We would need the Serial and model number of the UPS but from what you describe I think there may be an issue with the input section for the UPS and a trained Field Service Engineer is required to replace either or any of the following:

40 kVA input power board

40 kVA rectifier power board x 3

Rectifier bus connection board

or Driver signal interface board
