SC420I reports wrong model number and line voltage

Hi everyone,

my SC420I reports wrong model number and line voltage(details bellow).

I tried with apcupsd, nut and serial terminal in Linux and Powerchute Business on Windows 10. Same result everywhere.

I use FTI FT232R serial to usb converver(probed different ones as well) and a geunie APC 940-0024E cable.

Any ideas whats wrong and how could I fix it?

Here is the dump if apctest:
Simulating UPSlinkCheck ...
