Firmware for Old UPS and NMC

Hello,

I've been looking for firmware downloads for the AP9617 and SUA1500. These models no longer show up in the list of options for downloads, but I am sure I used to be able to find them. 

Does anyone have a link where I can download the latest firmware for these older devices?

For now at least, the AP9617/18/19 NMC firmware for a Smart-UPS application can be found here:

Your SUA1500 doesn't have field upgradeable firmware.

Thank you! Really appreciate the quick response. I think I remember navigating to the SUA1500 page, and then downloading the NMC card firmware from there, and that is why I remember downloading firmware for the SUA1500 when it's own firmware isn't upgradeable.

I do hope APC will keep these older files archived and available for users and not go the HPE route of restricting all the firmware downloads. I definitely take that into consideration when purchasing new hardware.

Yes, we keep firmwares available for discontinued hardware even after no "new" firmwares are released. If we don't have it posted, tech support can usually obtain it as well.

There are small exceptions for certain devices and products though like 3phase and cooling as well as enterprise software (StruxureWare, EcoStruxure IT) that may require an active support or maintenance contract to obtain certain updates.

NMC firmware updates don't generally fall into the above categories of exceptions though.
