Cannot obtain reading from temperature sensor

Using a Network Management Card 2 with software version 6.4.0 and an AP9335T temperature sensor.

The NMC sees the sensor (Status -> Universal I/O -> Port 1 Temp 1) shows green and status normal, however there is no temperature reading.

As mentioned in another post, I tried disconnecting the sensor, rebooting the NMC, and reconnecting the sensor but still nothing.

I also tried diconnecting the sensor, *resetting* the NMC (Reset All, Exclude TCP/IP), and reconnecting the sensor but still nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?  Or, is the sensor/NMC bad?

Glad it is working with the firmware upgrade.

And it must have been from a Symmetra at some point though since the model is 0M-9631SY as I suspected. This is the part number used for AP9631 bundled into a Symmetra single phase UPS.

Can you confirm under About->Network what the NMC model number reports as? And is it installed in a Symmetra UPS?

I thought of this item: http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA318542 which based on what you described is likely it based on your description of what you're seeing in the UI.

The solution will be to upgrade the firmware.

The NMC model number is 0M-9631SY and, no, it is not a Symmetra unit.  It's a SmartUPS 1400XL.

Anyway, I just finished a software update to 6.5.6 and it seems to be working correctly now - reading 26.5 deg C.
