Faulty Symmetra Lx Power module

Hi,

I have some faulty Symmetra Lx  Power modules type SYPM4KI. Few  of them have faulty board INVERTER BD. Model  640-0476J REV 9.I will name fault as an" starting problem of Power module". When I turn UPS on, this Power module does  not go ON, and display in Diagnostic position is indicating :

   Power module - faulty

  Row  Status Dump data :0804  02A0  8000  2080 0002  0840 7C  0700  0000 59  8483 0000.

When I change mentioned  INVERTER BD. with good one, Power  module is working ok.

Now I am asking you guys  for  your  comment  and help to eliminate  problem on this "board".

I have some questions :

- Can I buy separately boards -parts of Power module?

- How can I check   INVERTER BD. to verify  for  correct operation( signal on test points  or  something similar).

-What are telling to me Row Status Dump data's and how can I decode them?

p.s.

Four days before I send " task  about  IM module of  Symmetra Lx " but  I did not have  any comment  or help  from You  ! It was my first post  to forum.

Regards -Mehdi,

Hi, have you been able to solve it? We have the same problem with inverter board.

Raw data:0804 02A0 8100 2000 0002 08 .....

Regards

Jiri

EDIT: We figured it out, it was one of the smd cap's.

From the communications board, inverter phase or PFC? where did you exactly did this? i would like to know where exactly did you find it, and how did you identify it? did you just did a contuinity test on the cap and found a short? or you had to desolder it and measure it with capacitance meter?

Good Morning

Just some help with the board Number. On every APC UPS PCB is a white sticker with a barcode and a number.

take down the first six numbers. Replace the first two numbers with "0P" followed by number 3 to 6 and you have the boards number.
