Could someone possibly tell me the internal error that will give me the fault light and the bottom-most battery level light to come on when powered up? I saw a few posts with other versions of the fault code but not this one so far. Unit is a SURT8000XLT.

Unit was functional about 6 months ago when the batteries needed replacing. We finally got to swapping the batteries last month and now get this error when powering up. I am the benchtech here and hoping it might be something we can look into here.
