I replaced the batteries in the unit with brand new ones but as soon as I put any load on it the battery says discharged. I followed the runtime calibration procedures but it is still not working. Can anyone provide the battery constant value for this model? (or another way to fix this issue)

Sorry for the delay in a reply. As a Schneider Electric rep I cannot provide the constants however if you call in to technical support 1-800-890-4272 Monday - Friday 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern time they should be able to provide you is a calibration key or maybe another generous forum member will be willing to help out.
