was the probe connected at one point?
is the model on the network management card AP9619 or AP9618. If so, what i would do if you can walk over there easily is reseat the card. when you reseat it, look at the card and you'll see its actually two PCB boards connected together with a white connector. ensure that connector is secure and then re-insert the network management card into the UPS and see what it says.
if you can't walk over to it easily, the first thing i would do is reboot the management card (which does not affect the UPS output). this is referred to "reboot management interface" within the management card UI - do you know where this option is? depending on the firmware it could be in a few different spots. in newer firmware, the navigation is along the top for the different sections. you'd go to Administration->General->Reset/Reboot and choose reboot management interface and apply it and wait about a minute.
