So earlier this week (actually, on friday) we noticed our battery was chirping. On monday we identified the problem as the sua1500rm2u. we ordered a battery yesterday and i plan to have the replacement battery on friday and will install on Saturday.
on tuesday only the left side battery was off.. the right side was all green.
now it started chirping again (not sure for how long, im off site) but both sides are OFF
will this work as a surge protector till i replace the battery?
im sitting at a remote office right...waiting to see what happens... but everything on that battery is still up? (only been a few minutes mind you.. but still freaking out lol)
if we dont have electrical problems, should i be good for a few days?
Thank you!

the equipment is still being powered even with the front LEDs all being off? i'd also like to ask - is this unit being monitored via PowerChute software or a network management card?
