Dear Support,

We have some SMC models and we are unable to find where is it possible to enable cloud writes >>> Enable-With Ctrl, like we are doing for SMT series.

This option is only available on hardware that end with a letter (C) on the serial number.

You can tell it’s a Smart Connect enabled hardware because the rear of the device will have a dedicated green RJ45 Ethernet port with a cloud symbol.

Does this hardware meet the two requirements?!?
