Date and time keep on resetting on NMC AP9619

hi

Guys, how to set the date and time permanently? because the time and the date of our NMC keep on resetting to the date ( 01/01/2000 ) and i don't know why..., then i set again, then after few days it will back again to 01-01-2000.. i already upgrade the firmware of my NMC to the latest...but still same issue..

Hi:

Do you have any NTP server configured on the card? Also, try checking the small battery on the network card to ensure it is firmly connected.
