I am getting Insufficient Runtime Available (3030 Event ID) on one of our DLA1500RMI2U. The unit is 5.5 years old, never replaced batteries. Serial is A50441120216. Has a 8 minute runtime on a 37% Load, Battery at 100%. Am unsure if its ever been calibrated as in Powerchute it says Calibration cancelled. We get the runtime error about every 15 minutes
Any ideas? Should I run a calibration on the unit, if so what is the procedure when running a live server (poweredge 2800), tape backup off of it? Should I replace the batteries?
The other unit is same spec, it has 66 minute runtime at 20% load on 100% battery

Still 8 minutes runtime, UPS load is at 37% and it is set to begin shutdown after 5 minutes on battery.
The errors come through in a pattern within the hour, e.g. 10:30, 10:46 and 10:56 and so on
If I do a runtime Calibration, can I safely do ths whilst live equipment is attached, so as not to cause disruption to the workplace?

I will plan in a calibration, out of business hours. How long does a calib take approximately? And do I need to attach a few monitors to it to provide a load (above 30%)?
BTW, we have some new messages that have a similar pattern, "battery discharged" and immediately after "Battery charge in range"
