Hello,
It seems that the column alignment is off when viewing the log files.
It looks like the date and time columns are throwing off the alignments.
Please see my attached screen shot.
Thank you in advance.
Joe
Forgot to mention this is an AP9631 card and an SMT1500 UPS.
The 9631 is running 6.0.6.
Thanks!

I am assuming you're using Internet Explorer 8 or earlier - try compatibility mode in the browser. I think that one we entered in the release notes that you may need compatibility view for certain items because I know I came up against it myself.

Angela,
Actually I tried Chrome, Firefox and IE. All display the columns off.
Please note the comma after the word "Date" in the screenshot above. Could that have something to do with this?
Thanks
Joe

Apparently this is random (does not show every single time) but I did look further into it and was advised that we have seen the issue and we are working to resolve it for an upcoming version/firmware release. I was so puzzled cause I am not seeing that problem but it has been noted so we are finding out what causes it. You're not crazy! (incase I made it seem like you were)
And yes, the comma is a clue since internally, the card holds the file as a comma delimited file.
P.S. - are you using data log rotation. We are still determining root cause but that might help.

So I am continuing to look at this now with some feedback and guidance to figure out the root cause. Seems to be a bug tied to the Export Log Format specified for the user. (located under configuration->Security->local Users->management and then click on each user to check setting for this). If I change my Export Log Format to to CSV, I see the problem. It was set to Tab previously when I first posted so I didn't see it.. So you can change it to Tab as a workaround for now but we'll fix that in the next rev.

Thank you, Angela.
That will work for now since I do not really need to export but I did set it to CSV in preparation for exporting.
I'll wait for the firmware update.
Take care.
Joe
