Hi all,
I have a problem with uploading rotation log from BackUps-1000 through AP9617 management cards.
I can get correctly acces to remote FTP-server in other applications (like Total Commander / FTP client), but (with the same date (user/pass)) in WWW (AP0617) panel returns answer:
Failed: Unknown Error (code 8500) on 30.06.2013 at 16:24.
FTP server correctly work in both modes (passive and active) with other FTP clients.
AP9617 is correctly connecting to server (login & pass are OK), but stopping with message above.
Tech. support (remote serv) can't check why transfer from my device not started.
AP9617 has newest firmware:
; American Power Conversion
; Network Management Card AOS v3.7.3
; Smart-UPS & Matrix-UPS APP v3.7.2
; (c) Copyright 2003 - 2009 All Rights Reserved
; Configuration file, generated on 22.06.2013 at 23:22:38 by Administrator apc
Where is the problem?
Thanks for a help, Jean.
PS: Sorry for possible language mistakes.

Do you have a case from technical support (preferably with your log files attached) so I can look it up and review the logs?
