I mean the power module we are using are 8 to 9 years old, its daily switching ratio 16 times approx. And every component have life specially relays and capacitors. The unit SYCF80KH is fully populated (9 Power modules) and after some days power module gone faulty.
When fault occurred UPS power view red light of failure lit with beep sound. Shows power module fault exist.

So are you saying that 8-9 year old modules are failing, and then you reset them, and then they fail a few days later?
While the design life of a PX Power Module is 10 years, various factors (environment, power issues, etc) can either increase or decrease the actual lifetime that you see.
If I am correct in what I said above about them failing and you're resetting them, then perhaps because of all the power issues they are failing a little bit earlier than 10 years? Or did I misunderstand?

Hello,
This might be something that if you're seeing failures that you believe are pre-mature that you discuss the failures with your local technical support that might require logs, detailed set up information, finding out what "faults" are occurring and going from there.
