I can't login Smart-UPS 1000 to set configuration.
Try below username/password
1. apc/apc
2. apc/ (blank)
3. administrator/ (blank)
4. administrator/administrator
5. admin/ (blank)
...............
But device/apc is OK.

I had tried "reset to default", but the username and password are always wrong.
Using "APC Device IP Configuration Wizard" to set IP address ---- Fail , IP is not set to device.

Good day marte Where are you using these login credentials? Do you have any APC software installed or a Network Management Card perhaps?

sounds like you are using a network management card. try this password reset procedure for the administrator username/password -> http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7879
