It happens when I click on the "download" button, after selecting what product I have and all.

can you send us a screenshot by any chance? when does this happen? installation? or opening the program?

Well, I'm not sure how I did it before, but this time around I cannot choose my exact product number, the closest to it is 550G, mine is 500. Also, I need it for Win7, there's only Vista as the closest OS. See screenshot.
