ok, because i remember before i call the Tech support regarding some issue on log event, then they ask me to update the firmware of the card coz that time the version was 2.0 some thing, so after i update the firmware everything was fine, i never receive the same issue on log event any more.

By itself? The NMC sending a false alarm is very, very unlikely. Even in the event that such an event (environmental, etc.) is generated, it can typically be explained by bad sensor, etc. or fixed by a quick firmware re-application. An NMC that is legitimately sending false events would probably have other odd symptoms to accompany the errors. Typically false events, as stated above, are actually problems with attached accessories, cables, software, or the UPS the NMC is installed in.
