We have 8 Symmetra 40K Frames with additional battery racks protecting several hundred physical servers (we also have over 200 virtual servers but we're not going there for the moment!) Each server rack has two PDU's (AP7862/7864/7868 or 7601)powered from different sources for redundancy. We currently have more than 50 servers on 4 of the 8 AP9617's installed in the frames. Consequently, some servers are only getting unicast and broadcast messages to shut down. We also have multiple subnets and trying to ensure that each card has at least one server on each subnet is becoming a management nightmare.
Is it possible to install a second AP9617 in a Symmetra frame and have up to 100 IP addresses (50 per card)? This would allow us to have a client installed on each server and the IP address on the AP9617. That way, no servers would need to rely on unicast or broadcast messages.

Hi,
The AP9617 supports SNMP v1 and v3 not v2.
