Has there been any updates on the ability to remotely monitor a Symmetra MW via ISX? In it's current state, I am unable to accurately trend our power usage in order to predict when we might need more power, or look at other important reporting features that ISX could provide for these units.

QueenB - correct me if I am wrong, but based on what I heard you say the other day, for MW units, the best way to monitor them is using Modbus. There is still very little SNMP support for MW currently and you'll get the best data using the MW's modbus out and a RS485 to IP modbus gateway such as the Schneider Electric gateway, model # TSXETG100.

using modbus and a gateway has been the solution for a few years now. Somewhat surprised that full snmp support hasn't been released for the new display, but then again not really.
