Bypass not in range ; low voltage alert , SRT10KXLI UPS with 5 battery packs

Good day,

we installed a 10kva ups with 5 battery packs. Getting critical alarm message on the screen : Bypass not in range ; low voltage.

Any idea what to look for. Have tried playing around with the voltage and frequency range under configuration, power settings. however still get the same alert.

the input voltage for L1.l2.l3 are  241.3 241.4 241.8 and output voltage is 230.2 @ 50hz,

there is no load connected at the  moment to the UPS .
