Broke UPS MGE NOVA 1100 AVR and now for the repairs necessary to identify the burnt part.

This question was originally posted by Oleg on APC forums on 10/15/2016

Hello! Broke UPS MGE NOVA 1100 AVR and now for the repairs necessary to identify the burnt part. Visually similar to the burned part SMD-transistor. Next to this part on the board there is an inscription "VT15". On the part itself is written as follows: (ON) RJU / AH (in fact, instead of parentheses the word "ON" is taken in a circle, and the sign "/" is used as a line separator, as the inscription consists of two lines). On the board itself has the following label: PNSBP00011BC NT02.

PS: sorry my bad english.

Judging from the marking on the part, maybe On Semiconductor's BCP53?
