My office is in "70-volt" brownout. The APC's correctly did graceful shutdown. The 70 volts iss enough so that all batteries are now at 100%.
I want to boot a server from the APC (SmartUPS1500) and run it for about 10 minutes. Then do another graceful shutdown so everything is set to automatically come back online when power outage ends.
Can I force the APC to power on? I don't see any documentation about this.

Hi,
You can cold start the Smart-UPS. Unplug the UPS from the AC source, press the power-on button. The UPS will start on battery power.
