I am troubleshooting a Smart-UPS X 3000 (SMX3000RMLV2UNC). It gave the battery warning error so I ordered a new replacement #117 battery. After changing the battery I am getting the following errors:
The inverter fault error started showing up after the battery replacement error but before I installed the new battery.
The UPS firmware is UPS 01.8 (ID10) and I have attached the /log/event.txt and /log/data.txt files.
What should I do to troubleshoot these problems? I do not want to power cycle the UPS if possible as there are production servers running on it.

This may require a replacement battery for the replacement battery you got..
I'd suggest with this one that you contact your local support to obtain that potential replacement as I am not aware of this issue not requiring something to be replaced at this time.
