APC Symmetra LX 16KVA is in operation for last three years and running smoothly. one extra battery frame is connected with the main frame and ups total battery module capacity is 22. Due to shortage of battery module we had installed 15 battery last year. Yesterday suddenly we got a battery fault alarm and identified all batteries (15) are in bad status. The fault is cleared after disconnecting all batteries. i checked all batteries dc voltage after removing from rack and found out that all battery has normal voltage around 130Vdc.
Then again i connected those batteries and got the faulty alarm. Unfortunately all batteries are giving the same alarm.
What's the reason of this fault?

Hi Rony
I think this would be best to troubleshoot with the local Customer Care team in India where they can get the logs, raw status data and other necessary information from you to analyse. You can call them on 1800 103 0011 or by completing this Contact Form.
