Don't know if I am in the right place, but have a question. Does anyone know where I can get the Battery Terminal Covers for the RBC7,RBC11? Any help would greatly be appreciated. You guys here are the experts, so I come to you for this! Thanks.

I you are talking about the gray cover from the battery terminal of RBC7, as far as I know,unfortunately,there is no available sellable sku for that.

Erin, most of the Battery terminal are andreson connectors to connect it in the UPS. You can check with andreson company and get the exact battery terminal cover for your UPS.

I am talking about the black cover that goes over the terminals, a black plastic cover.
