Battery Run Time in General and Battery Dates
Hi,
ive searched the forum for any of my questions that ill post without any luck, just to clarify(no double posts).
So, my question is if its somehow possible to know exactly how old the battery packs in the UPSs are if the microprocessor date was not changed as it should be(the battery packs are original APC, and they were changed in a APC service store, thought they didnt change the date(huh, dont ask me how thats possible)). So, we have 2 Smart-UPS 2200 RM & one online 2200 RT.
The second question is if there is any document from APC that shows the average runtime for different models in my case the 2200 rm and rt brand new with new batteries. Because that would be a possible solution that i could see approximately how old the battery packs are.
Regards,
Rok
