Hi All
I have problems getting Powerchute 8.0.1 to connect to my 2200 UPS.
I'm using a serial cable that cane with it and a serial-USB converter to connect to my windows XP Pro laptop. Is this why it will not connect?
I use the serial-USB converter to connect to many other things with no problem. The Driver is installed.
When I configured Powerchute, I selected COM3, the one device manager shows as being the one for the serial-USB converter
Any help would be appreciated
Many thanks
