Angela,
I just installed a 9630 in an older SU2200XL (replaced a 9617).
I upgraded all the firmware on the 9630 to 6.06 from 5 something. I then noticed that under UPS CONFIGURATION, GENERAL, the last battery replacement would only go up to 2009. I clicked the down arrow and the latest year available is 2009. I am quite sure that with the 9617 I could go all the way up to 2013. My other 9630's go up to 2013.....
I ran the firmware upgrade a second time, thinking something got corrupted. Same result. Rebooted the interface. Same issue.
Any idea what is preventing years later than 2009?
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
This is typically a result of when the current date and time are incorrect on the management card itself. We should verify the current date/time setting on the card and apply the correct date and if the list does not change, do one more reboot after the change.
The time setting stuff for the management card is under Configuration->General->Date & Time.
(Also, I branched this back out to a new thread in the correct section for us.)
