hi friends,
goodmorning
we are making use of apc smx1500 RM2U. its giving shutdown command to the stratus server connected to it in random manner, like once in a week or once in 2 weeks, which is quite not affordable for us.
we'd connected 2 servers from same power source(so as 2 apc ups are protecting them) for the time being in the precommissioning stage of our plant & only one particular server is being get shutdown command from ups.
i just cant figure out this isssue. so am expecting a help from u guys.

Do you have any software installed (PowerChute Business Edition/PowerChute Network Shutdown) or a network management card installed? Please confirm any physical/network connections connected between the server and UPS.
Could you confirm what is connected to the rear of the UPS or provide a picture? We can't tell you much on the information provided so far unfortunately but we are interested in seeing any event/data logs from the time period where these shutdowns have occurred. Telling us your set up and what you have present will be helpful to better assist you in diagnosing the problem if one exists.
