how to prevent apc smx1500rm2u from going to shutdown

hi all,

am working in desalination project and we are going through commisioning face of our project we are making use of 7 apc smx 1500 rm2u to support 7 stratus standalone servers.

our servers are not installed with pcns sofware . one of our servers are facing the problem of shutdown frequently like twice in a month. the shutdown command is purely coming from apc ups to server through

please guide me some practical solutions

provided installation of pcns is not accepting by our dcs managers for the time being.
