Battery Charge lights constant Flashing

Hi
I have a dell t610 server with 2 power supplies in it
when i plug in 2 cords from my apc smart1500 into the server the batterey charge lights only all flash together eg the 5 of them
if i only plug 1 cord from the ups and 1 from the mains wall socket the battery power lights are fine

nb this is a new battery replaced yesterday
any help appreciated

How many load bars are lit on the far left when this happens? Also, are these redundant power supplies or dual? I just want to see if the UPS might be getting close to overload. Also, did you replace your battery with an APC battery?
