Battery Charge Lights Flashing

On one of my SmartUPS 1500's, the battery charge lights are on full and flashing. Never seen this one before. Cant seem to find what it means, anyone know?

This is not the same issue as the original post at all.

For an SUA750XL or any other Smart-UPS, you need to use PowerChute Business Edition. Personal Edition, which you are trying to install, is for Back-UPS branded products only. Please remove personal edition, make sure you are using the 940-0024/940-1524 serial cable, or included USB cable connected to your UPS, and try to install PowerChute Business Edition.
