BK350 not detected via Powerchute

I have a Back-UPS CS 350
I am running Windows XP MCE

I downloaded powerchute personal edition and plugged the USB-RJ-45(10) into the UPS and Directly into the USB port of my computer.

When i try and install the powerchute software it won't load and says it cannot find the device.

I've rebooted my computer and cycled the UPS to no avail.

Any suggestions?
