db9 to rj45 smartups 5000

OK...I have an older ups smart ups-5000. It has a 9 pin serial port for management. I just bought a new server sun v245. It's serial port is rj45. The cable that's there now and currently working is a 940-0024C. I'm just wondering where I can find a pinout to make this work for me. Easiest would be to use a cat5 cable and just pinout the end with an adapter for db9m. But anything would work. Any help or direction would be GREATLY appreciated.

I'm not necessarily looking for the pinout of the cable. Just for an adapter, if that makes a difference. More specifically, I just wanna know how I can connect the two so I can get my powerchute software working and get my boss off my back. If someone could direct me to any solution at all...

could you please send me the information? I am trying to work out why the Network management part of my smart UPS 5000 is not responding, and I haven't got the serial cable - I would like to make my own with DB9->RJ45 adapters.

I'm not sure if EZ button is still around, though it may be worth your while to give Google a shot...
