Hi Junaid,
The flashing battery bar graph indicates that the calculated runtime is within 2 minutes of your low battery setting. We do not support using 3rd party batteries with these units. Since you are using large non-APC external batteries, the UPS will likely never calculate the runtime properly. If you are not using any shutdown software this is more of a cosmetic issue than anything else. The UPS will still run on battery until they are fully discharged.
As far as the clicking sound - I couldn't hear it in the video. Does it correspond with any indicators on the UPS?
Thanks
Liam

Hi Junaid,
The UPS requires a functioning battery in order to turn on. If the battery is completely dead, it is possible that it may be preventing the UPS from turning on. You also mentioned that the AVR light was on earlier - If the input voltage is too high or too low, that could also prevent the UPS from turning on. You may want to wait until power stabilizes and then try again.
