Our Smart UPS 2200 RM is constantly compensating for low input voltage (200-210 instead of 220).
Is this going wear down the ups or something?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, this will eventually cause an AVR internal fault, or the excess heat caused by constantly being in this mode could cause other problems within the UPS (the unit is using it's tap transformer to boost). This will not be a rapid failure, but can certainly take as much as years off the total UPS life.
In these situations we advise customers to consult with their power provider or facility manager.
