I have a Smart-UPS 1000 RM with a network management card installed. Currently the network management software is telling me that there is nothing wrong with the UPS. Also, the LEDs on the front of the device are all green, no red. The device is currently holding an 85% charge and it is only using 11% of it's capacity. All this being said, the UPS is toning as if there is something wrong. I have tried unplugging the device from the wall, then powering it down. That did not work. Can someone make a suggestion about how to get it to stop toning if there is nothing wrong?

It appears that the UPS itself has a hardware issue. After trying several things I could not get the alarm to shut off. Moreover I cannot identify where the speaker is located on the board. We are pretty much just going to scrap this device and chalk it up to faulty equipment. Seems like a waste to pitch it because of the speaker.
