ATS AP7723 wrong messaging

we have installed the ATS AP7723 on critical load feed by two SURT 10 KVA UPSs.
why ATS showing on logs source A has been disconnected. although we have installed the online UPS on back end. error message (ATS has lost redundancy. Source A is not available.)

Hi Ajmal.
If you upgrade the ATS AP7723 ?
if not then please update it with latest APC Firmware.
