UPS Scheduled Shutdown- temporarily shuts downs UPS & Turns it back on
Our UPS has been scheduled to shutdown daily at 20:00 hours and come back on by 7:00 the next day.
A screenshot of the schedule is attached.
But our log shows that while the UPS turns off by 20:00 hours and comes back on 28 seconds later. see log details below:
12/22/2011 20:00:28 UPS: The output power is now turned on.
12/22/2011 20:00:27 UPS: Turned on after a defined period of time, or input power has returned to normal.
12/22/2011 20:00:27 UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.
12/22/2011 20:00:24 UPS: The output power is turned off.
12/22/2011 20:00:22 UPS: Turned off for a defined period of time in response to a software command, or off while waiting for input power to return to normal.
12/22/2011 20:00:00 UPS: Started a Daily scheduled shutdown 'Daily Shutdown'.
We have checked and can't seem to know why the UPS turns itself back on as soon as it performs its scheduled shutdown.
We would be grateful if someone can help us resolve this issue as this will help us better utilize and control the UPS.
