APC smart 700INET

Hi I bought an APC UPS Smart 700INET reconditioned gives me problems, it happened that the current network was present and the UPS has begun to switch from battery power grid of the house so mad I did it a dozen times in continuous after which the computer is off ... then turn it on and then I suddenly went off again and the UPS is crazy LEDs are lit at random and then the red LED is lit and the battery is restarted ... going on like this it ends up that I break the computer too and I wanted to do just the opposite by buying a UPS which I think would be great ... then I did a test, I unplugged the computer, I only connected the UPS to a wall outlet I pressed the button to the test, the test started and did the same thing as before battery went from fixed to then continued with a tester, I went to measure the voltage and it was a horrible thing .... went from 140 to 190 volts .. then 240 then 160 .. in short, horrible ... the inverter will be damaged?

From the way I understand your statement, it looks like the UPS that you got is not working like it should. Unfortunately we do not repair UPSs you can call our Technical Support Team in your country and ask if they have a TradeUPS program.
