Smart-UPS RT 6000 RM XL -- problems with breaker

Hello Everyone,

Breaker where UPS is connected to is getting randomly turned off. During a last year while we were moved to new office, it happened forth time.
Again it happens absolutely randomly. Could You please advise what could casuse a problem ? I guess electricty circuit wasnt prepared properly for our Server Room purpose but to fix it I need to know what breaker we should use.

Status screenshot in attachment, please let me know if any additional info is needed.

Thank You

hm ok. good to know. technically i think it should not be 40 unless it adheres with your electrical code.

do you monitor the device with the network management card that comes pre-installed? this could be very helpful in determining any shorts or strange activity on the UPS causing the upstream breaker to trip. has anyone also observed that the input breaker on the UPS has actually tripped or been touched as well? keep in mind too that there is always the remote possibility there is an issue with the breaker too rather than whats attached to it.

can you tell us what size breaker this is using currently? also, before i get too far, you are talking about the breaker at your electrical panel, correct? you'd want to verify if it is 30/32A and then if that size is already, there we can look into other possible causes. is it hardwired or plugged in by the way?

for a SURT6K, which the user's guide here, http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z8LL8_R12_EN.pdf, you need to have a 30/32A breaker on this. you probably want to specify which model it is by the white sticker on the unit. for your region, i assumed SURT6000XLI.
