Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please uninstall PCPE, follow the instructions in FAQ FA159743 to roll the USB drive back to HID UPS Battery, then configure power protection shutdown via the Power Options in the control panel (see FAQ FA159653).
Once done monitor the system to see if the freezing stops happening.
