Hi Albert, 

This is a battery charger fault. This is sometimes caused by bad batteries. I would contact your local support to troubleshoot this error.

The battery already changed to new set ,and this error happen once in a while .Intermittent fault .

But now testing seems everything is going fine.

Problem is solved by replacing to new battery.
